He has been practicing since 2006 and he has led, advised cases across real estate disputes, civil, criminal, property tax, revenue, family matters etc. His strengths lie in real estate transactions, including title opinions, drafting & conveyancing, pleading, practices, and procedures. He is supported by a team of advocates and associates with expertise in RERA, civil, criminal, revenue, DRT, consumer, family, trust and arbitration. He is also a motivational speaker and poet with good orator skills. He has represented his school and college for elocution, chess, carrom and dance competition. He has delivered speech/lectures at different forums. He operate social forum which promote simplicity in marriage and assists marginalised communities with basic necessities. He is alumni of ILS Law College, Pune.

Apurv Sardeshmukh is a legal expert with over a decade of experience advising on corporate, investment, IT, and labour laws. He comes with nearly a decade of versatile experience. From 2012 - 2016 he worked with Adv. Lanke Joshi Associates and led conveyancing, civil and family matters. He was independently practicing law from 2016 - 18. Post this he joined JHJ Legal, where he leads conveyancing, civil, criminal, family matters, consumer and co-operatives matters, and cases at the industrial court. He holds an LLB from Marathwada Mitra Mandal's Shankarrao Chavan Law College batch of 2012. His hobbies include playing the Violin, and he is an avid cricket match follower.

Chintal B. Oswal Senior Associate Partner

She has been with JHJ legal since 2020 and has experience in property-related and family matters. During her education, she has an internship experience of 18 months with Advocate Madhukar Gandhare. She has an experience in conveyancing; family matters: divorce cases and civil cases related to land and property. She has also organized and actively participated in multiple Moot courts at her college. She holds a graduation degree in B.A.L.LB and a post-graduation degree in LLM from Marathwada Mitra Mandal's Shankarrao Chavan Law College. Additionally, she also holds a diploma in Corporate Law from ILS. She has been a rank holder at the University and has multiple awards in sports like Kabaddi, Volleyball, and Kho-Kho.

Roshni P. Oswal Senior Associate Partner

Currently, she leads real estate drafting at JHJ legal. She started her career as an intern in 2019 and has successfully grown as a professional in the firm. She has experience in conveyance, property registration-related activities, and legal case research. She is a graduate of BA LLB and holds a diploma in Intellectual Property Rights from Modern College, Pune. She is an active member of the Rotaract Club of Talegaon City and holds the President position. She has been a zonal level player in dodgeball and has multiple awards in women-cricket. She loves contributing to social work, including multiple initiatives at orphanages and donations for the needy.

Reema Rathod Associate Partners

She has been with JHJ Legal since 2021, handling civil, family, and criminal matters. Before this, she has an internship experience with Adv. Vijay Raut in civil and criminal matters and with the Women State Commission of Rajasthan, Jaipur, in women-related matters. She has expertise in civil matters, including recovery, trademark-related matters, summary, commercial suits, and criminal matters, including domestic violence. She is a graduate of BA LLB from Banasthali Vidyapeeth and holds a diploma in the German Language. She was a rank holder in her junior college and enjoys playing tennis and reading as her hobbies.

She has been interning with JHJ legal since 2022 and She has cleared her BALLB Yashwantrao Chavan Law College, Pune and She is now working with JHJ Legal as an Associate . She contributes actively to drafting, appeals, and legal research.. She has been actively participating in and attending webinars and sessions in the legal domain. She aspires to become a corporate lawyer in the future and currently pursuing LLM specialization with Corporate Law .

Prayag has acquired his LL.B Degree from Shankarrao Chavan Law College, Pune. He has been working with JHJ Legal since 2024 and deftly managing their civil, criminal and family cases in the District and Session's Court, Pune in addition he also executes Property Compliances. His enthusiasm has gotten him to excel at his work and aspires to be become a profound lawyer.
